Eurospotting is not an official service of ENTSO-E, any transmission system operator, power exchange, nominated electricity market operator, regulator or other market operator. References to markets, bidding zones, data sources and institutions identify the origin and context of information.

Eurospotting aims to present electricity market data carefully, but does not guarantee that information is complete, accurate, current or continuously available. Provisional, partial and missing states reflect known coverage, yet source revisions, publication delays or processing errors can still affect a displayed value.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Users who need authoritative information should verify values, timestamps and market conditions against the relevant official source before relying on them.

Nothing on Eurospotting should be interpreted as financial, trading, investment, procurement, operational, legal, regulatory or engineering advice. The application may help users observe and compare market signals, but it does not recommend transactions, market positions, operational decisions or legal conclusions.

Data rights remain with the respective source providers. Eurospotting transforms, normalizes, aggregates and visualizes third-party market data for analytical presentation; it does not claim to be the original publisher. Underlying data remains subject to the relevant provider's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eurospotting and its operator are not liable for losses, damages, costs or consequences arising from use of the service, inability to access the service, errors in displayed data, missing data, delayed data, changes in source data, or decisions made on the basis of information shown in the application.
