Privacy

Eurospotting is currently a public information product without user accounts, subscriptions or personal dashboards. The privacy approach is therefore simple: collect as little personal information as practical, use basic analytics to understand product usage and provide a clear contact channel for privacy-related requests.

Information you provide

If you contact Eurospotting by email, the information you choose to include in that message may be processed in order to read, respond to and manage the enquiry. This can include your email address, name, organization, message content and any other information you decide to send.

Please do not send confidential trading information, sensitive personal information or legally privileged material unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Analytics and product usage

Eurospotting may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the public product is used, which pages are visited and whether the application is performing reliably. This helps identify technical issues, improve the user experience and decide which parts of the product need attention.

Analytics are not used to sell personal data. Eurospotting does not currently operate advertising profiles, user accounts or paid subscriptions.

Technical data

Like most web services, Eurospotting may process basic technical information that is necessary to deliver the website, protect the service and understand reliability. This can include request timestamps, browser or device characteristics, approximate region, referrer information, error logs and similar operational data handled by hosting or analytics providers.

Service providers

Eurospotting is hosted and operated using third-party infrastructure and tools. These providers may process limited technical or operational data as necessary to deliver the service, provide analytics, secure the application or route communications.

No sale of personal data

Eurospotting does not sell personal data. If the product later adds accounts, newsletters, paid plans, API access or other features that require more detailed data processing, this privacy page should be updated before those features are used publicly.

Your choices

You can choose not to contact Eurospotting by email, and you can use browser-level privacy tools to limit some analytics behavior. If you have a privacy request or question about information you have provided, contact Eurospotting using the address below.
