If you contact Eurospotting by email, the information you choose to include in that message may be processed in order to read, respond to and manage the enquiry. This can include your email address, name, organization, message content and any other information you decide to send.

Please do not send confidential trading information, sensitive personal information or legally privileged material unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Eurospotting uses Vercel Analytics to measure page visits and basic product usage. This helps identify reliability and usability issues. The application does not use this information for advertising profiles or sell personal data.

The theme control stores one browser-local preference named eurospotting-theme so Light, Dark or System mode persists across visits. The application also uses browser memory caches while a page is open to avoid repeated data requests; these are not user profiles.

The application code does not set an application cookie. Hosting or analytics infrastructure may still process request metadata needed to deliver and protect the service.

Hosting and analytics providers may process request timestamps, page and referrer information, browser or device characteristics, approximate region, network information and operational logs as needed to deliver, secure and measure the service.

Vercel hosts the public web application and provides analytics. Other infrastructure providers support source-data ingestion and storage. They may process limited technical or operational data needed for those services; Eurospotting does not expose ingestion credentials to public pages.

Eurospotting does not sell personal data. If the product later adds accounts, newsletters, paid plans, API access or other features that require more detailed data processing, this privacy page should be updated before those features are used publicly.
